Earplugs on standby

The injections (three of them) were ok on the day, although she grizzled a lot and went to sleep from about 6pm -6am with minor wakings at 9pm for grub. However now she has a bad bruise on the leg with the two injections - although thankfully not causing pain or anything, just red and vaguely hard - and is acting like a baby on speed.

Took three hours of constant attention last night to get her off to sleep which she finally did at midnight, although at least I could watch John Carpenter's Vampires as well which I had been meaning to watch again and ITV kindly provided it. And the noise! It's not even crying, it's squeaking and squealing of an interested "I'm not going to sleep yet" nature and the feet were kicking so much she could have won the Tour de France. And it seems to be similar today, so therefore if I am in a) a bad mood b) not answering MSN or anything else or c) ...er.. there is no c but you get the point, then I am likely being driven mad and am Currently Occupied.

Apologises to those I abandoned yesterday, things went from bad to worse and the computer shut itself down anyway cause I'd been gone so long. *grovels*

Oh dear high pitched squealing stage. I thought Sam was going to burst my ear drums. It will pass.It may be a sign that she wants more then milk at dinner time. Hugs to you and the little 'un

Oh, really? She's always had a healthy appetite (read: pig) and always wakes up when we have food so that may well be the case!

She's only four months and I know they advised six months for weaning, but I know most of my family used the four month period for food introductions. What age did you first start Sam off on (vague) solids?

Sore question

I tried to start her on mushed up stuff at 6months but only just managed to get food into her with it being a hour long battle to get anything in to her. We getting there at last.
